Assignment #1- The Crucible

After our class discussion of the historical background of "The Crucible", you are responsible for finding one good website that contains information relevant to the Salem witch trials. On the classroom Blog, you must post at least a five sentence discription of the website and how the information aides in the understanding of the plot of "The Crucible" as well as a link to the site. The website must be reliable (ie- come from a university website, historical society, etc) not just Spark Notes or some equivelant. After finding your own website and discussing its significance, you must visit a website posted by a classmate and write two to three sentences about the relevance of the information on this second site. The assignment is due two days after the class discussion on the history of the Salem witch trials to give you a sufficient amount of time to complete the assignment thoroughly and learn from it.
